How to Become a Mentor
Step 1: Complete the Mentor Application
Submit the online mentor interest form with your background, availability, and areas of interest.
Step 2: Background Check & Screening
All mentors working with youth must complete required screenings to ensure a safe environment.
Step 3: Orientation & Training
Attend a mentor orientation covering expectations, youth engagement, and safety protocols.
Step 4: Placement & Scheduling
Once approved, mentors are matched with programs based on skills, availability, and program needs.
